Rose for Ramadan
Hi my darlings, RAMADAN IS ALMOST HERE! it doesn't feel like it really but honestly it it! And its spring time! its decent weather and its sunny out. The days are longer and its so nice to see higher temperatures. Ramadan is only a week away, and I am very excited. I enjoy Ramadan every year. it helps me guide and ground myself. to think a bout every little decision i make and every move i make and its so good to be intuitive that way. I think when taking away the consumption of food and drink, i get to hone in on my other behaviors. Like staying up late, being on my phone for too long, over spending, and all that human stuff. I truly believe in the power of fasting and how it affects the body. I have been intermittent fasting for a year now on and off and it has helped so much with my mental clarity and health. It firstly has helped me keep my weight in check and myself disciplined. That has trained me and conditioned me for Ramadan fasting, which isn't
