Hi my darlings, RAMADAN IS ALMOST HERE! it doesn't feel like it really but honestly it it! And its spring time! its decent weather and its sunny out. The days are longer and its so nice to see higher temperatures. Ramadan is only a week away, and I am very excited. I enjoy Ramadan every year. it helps me guide and ground myself. to think a bout every little decision i make and every move i make and its so good to be intuitive that way.  I think when taking away the consumption of food and drink, i get to hone in on my other behaviors. Like staying up late, being on my phone for too long, over spending, and all that human stuff. I truly believe in the power of fasting and how it affects the body. I have been intermittent fasting for a year now on and off and it has helped so much with my mental clarity and health.  It firstly has helped me keep my weight in check and myself disciplined. Ah Spring!

Hi my beauties! Happy spring! Yes it’s bring but it’s still so cold outside and it feels like it will never get warm. I want to take my jacket off already and just move on! I want to be able to wear lighter colors and clothes and go to picnics at the park and to enjoy my time with my friends. I am a winter baby but I do not like the cold. I just live in sweaters until it’s officially time to wear summer clothes when it’s like 70 degrees to 115 degrees! I love the heat. I have been very mindful recently about staying present and grounding myself. I take deep breaths every morning and look around me and appreciate where I am. Now that it’s spring I just absorb the bird and tree sounds and wind noise and just center myself! It’s so good! I always say this every morning I set my intentions!
